Appraisal House USA is an appraisal management company registered in the state of Texas (License #2000075) and located in Austin.  We currently provide services throughout Texas for our growing list of clients, whom are located throughout the United States.

All appraisers are tracked on an ongoing basis for meeting turn times, as well as QC and UW issue rate. Our goal is to get a good appraisal done for you as quickly as possible, so that you can continue to move forward with the lending process.
